Symmetrix is truly a company of developers, run by developers. As a small company of 16 employees, we know that we need to tap into everyone's greatest strengths and we all need to believe in the same core principles. That is easy to do when all 16 of us have worked directly developing software.
We believe in and require collaboration, but want each team member to be empowered to find the best solution. By ensuring that all voices will be heard, we make certain that our collective knowledge grows.
We believe in having the smartest people in the room, but know that humility and truly listening to each other and our clients is the only way to achieve a great solution.
We believe that we have accomplished great things and look to leverage what we have learned over the years, but we never assume we have all the answers. Discovery is critical to ensure the next solution we create is truly valuable. And even with that in mind, we allow ourselves to be agile enough to end up somewhere different than where we expected. We learn during solution development.
Symmetrix truly is unique. And much like our solutions, we are continually evolving. It's exciting to know we have something great that has stood the test of time, but still look for ways to make us better.
